Advanced imaging assessment of relapsing and progressive multiple sclerosis underserved population. A case-control study
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Neurology is conducting an in-person study for healthy adults and those diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). The goal of the study is to learn more about MS and how symptoms may develop/change over time.

Participants will complete 4 study visits that will include 4 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams. They will also complete surveys, a medical exam, an eye exam, a blood draw, and a self-collected stool sample.

Participants will receive $450 for completing all study requirements.

Eligibility
-Adults between the ages of 18 to 80 years old
-Are healthy or have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS)
-Are able to have MRI exams
-Speak English
