Full Title
Menstrual cycle influences on bioelectrical impedance analysis estimated body fat
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences is looking for healthy adult females for a study investigating how different phases of the menstrual cycle affect body composition measurements.

Over the course of 2 months, participants will attend 4 study visits (lasting 10.5 hours total) on the UB South Campus (at Main Street and Bailey Avenue) during which they will have their body composition measured and complete blood draws. They will also track their menstrual cycle with a smartphone app for 2 months.

Participants can earn up to $168 for completing all study requirements.

Eligibility
-Healthy females aged 18-45 years old
-Physically active
-Are not using hormonal contraceptives
-Are not pregnant or breast feeding
-Own a smartphone
