Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Registry
Description
The purpose of this study is to create a data registry of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions performed at UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.

You will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires about your knee
symptoms and function. You will be asked to complete these questionnaires before surgery and at various time points after surgery to track your short and long-term progress (2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 12 months, 24 months, 48 months, 60 months, 7 years, 10 years, 15 years, and 20 years).

No compensation is provided.

Patients undergoing ACL reconstruction by one of the study investigators at UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine
English speakers
Age Group: Both Adults and Children
