Human Factors of Deprescribing in Primary Care: A Patient-Informed Approach
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Family Medicine’s Team Alice is recruiting older adults for a study on medication safety. The goal of the study is to learn more about how to help improve medication safety and bring better care to older adults.

Participants will complete an interview via Zoom or phone about their experiences with medication. They will also complete a 10-mintue survey on their background. Participants will also be asked to allow the study team to access their medical records to help understand their past social and medical history. They will receive a $20 gift card.

Eligibility
Adults aged 55 or older Are currently prescribed 5 or more medications Have not been diagnosed with dementia
