All participants will complete 12 weeks of exercise with a trained health coach in Delaware Park. At the beginning of the study, they will be randomly assigned (which happens by chance, like flipping a coin) to one of two groups: (1) Group 1 will exercise in an area close to the road in the park and (2) Group 2 will exercise in an area slightly far from the road. Weekly exercise sessions will last 45 – 60 minutes and will involve either jogging or running depending on fitness level.
