Full Title
From Weak Signal to Preventive Actions: Supporting Self-tracking and Risk Awareness for Insulin Resistance
Description
Are you interested in learning more about insulin resistance, prediabetes, or your risk of developing type 2 diabetes (T2D)? If so, you may be eligible for a research study from UB!

A research team at UB is studying how an iPhone-based self-tracking app may affect people's awareness and understanding of risk factors for T2D.

Participants will complete an initial survey. Then they will attend a Zoom session to learn how to use the study app. They will use the app for about 14 days to log health and lifestyle information. They will also complete short reflections. At the end of the study, they will complete a survey and an hour-long Zoom interview to give their feedback on the app.
