GSR Define Trial for Older Adults with Uncontrolled Blood Pressure

Global SYMPLICITY Registry (GSR) Denervation Findings in Real World (DEFINE) US Cohort
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) is looking for older adults that have uncontrolled blood pressure to join a study. The goal of this study is to see how safe and effective renal denervation procedures are in people with high blood pressure.

This study will last for 3 years. Participants will attend 7 visits with their study doctor. They will have a renal denervation procedure just as they would if they did not join the registry. They will talk about their medical history and complete physical exams and lab work throughout the study.

Adults 65 years or older
Have uncontrolled blood pressure
