Rural and Underserved Education and Awareness for Community Health through Virtual Reality
Description
The University at Buffalo School of Nursing has a program called REACHvr that uses virtual reality to train nursing students. This program focuses on teaching students about healthcare in rural and underserved areas. The goal is to improve healthcare and patient outcomes in these areas by preparing nurses to work in Western New York and the Finger Lakes region, where resources are limited.

UB nursing students will be enrolled in this study for about 1.5 years. They will complete a pre-survey at the time of enrollment and a post-survey at the end of the study. These surveys should take about 1.5 hours total to complete.

Eligibility
Senior nursing students enrolled in the undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing program at The University at Buffalo.
Age Group: Adults
