Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Medicine is enrolling kids diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) and their caregivers in the yETI study. The research team is hoping to learn more about how kids and their caregivers feel about Trikafta, a medication used to treat CF symptoms.

Both children and their caregivers will complete an initial survey about their backgrounds, how they feel about their medical team, and what they think about Trikafta. Some participants will also complete daily online surveys.

Children and their caregivers will be compensated for completing different study requirements.

Eligibility
-Children/teens diagnosed with cystic fibrosis who are at least 7 years old
-One caregiver of the child if they are under the age of 18 years old
-The children/teens must have been prescribed Trikafta for at least 18 months
-Has a smart device that can receive text messages
-Fluent in English
