Assessment of Student Pharmacist Perceptions Regarding Transitions of Care Activities During Inpatient Clinical Rotations
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is conducting a survey study for third/fourth year UB pharmacy students. The goal of the study is to better understand pharmacy students’ perceptions about their abilities to perform transitions of care before and after completing their inpatient rotations in medicine, cardiology, and transitions of care.

Participants will complete two 10-minute surveys. The first survey will be completed after agreeing to participate in the study and the second survey after their rotation is complete.

Eligibility
Adults 18 years or older Third or fourth year pharmacy students completing their impatient rotation in medicine, cardiology, or transitions of care within Buffalo General Medical Center
Age Group: Adults
