Predicting Responses to Exhaustive, Prolonged, and Repeated Exercise Demands (PREPARED) for Heat
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences is looking for adults who are healthy and physically active for an exercise study. The goal of the study is to learn more activity in hot environments and how quickly the body can recover during periods of rest. The study results may be used to help military leaders to make better decisions when preparing for hot weather missions.

Participants will be asked to complete 5 study visits on the UB South Campus (at Main Street and Bailey Avenue). They will walk on a treadmill with a weighted backpack at different temperatures in a hot room. Participants can earn up to $400 for completing all study visits.

Adults between the ages of 18 to 39 years old Are generally healthy and physically active
