An Open-Label Extension Study to Assess the Long-Term Safety, Efficacy, and Tolerability of Lorundrostat in Subjects with Uncontrolled Hypertension
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Medicine is recruiting adults who have already participated in a past clinical trial for a new phase of the study. Adults with hypertension (high blood pressure) who were previous participants in the Lorundrostat medication study will be eligible to participate. The goal of the study is to see the long-term effects of Lorundrostat in people with high blood pressure that is not well controlled.

Participants be enrolled in the study for about 12 to 13 months and will complete 6 to 8 study visits. Participants will be paid $100 for each study visit.

Adults 18 years or older Have been diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure) that is not well controlled Have participated in the previous clinical trial involving Lorundrostat
