Effect of Episodic Future Thinking and Meal Planning on Food Insecurity
Description
The University at Buffalo (UB) Department of Pediatrics is enrolling families with teenagers between the ages of 12 to 17 years old in a healthy eating study. The goal of the study is to investigate ways to promote healthy eating for families.

Participants (one teen and one parent) will attend 7 in-person study visits on the UB South Campus (In Farber Hall, at Main Street and Bailey Avenue) over a 2-month period. Each study visit will last 1 to 1.5 hours and will include completing surveys, computer tasks, measuring height/weight, and creating meal plans. Families can earn up to $188 for completing all study parts.

Eligibility
Families with one parent (18 years or older) and one teen (between 12-17 years old) Able to attend in-person study visits to the UB South Campus
