Personalization of Immunosuppressive Medication for Kidney Transplant Recipients
Description
This is a prospective cohort observational study to develop a personalized medicine algorithm to determine optimum Tac dose throughout the early stages of kidney transplantation based on gene markers and gut microbiome composition. There are no clinical interventions in this study, and it does not change the standard of care (SOC). This study is solely limited to sample and data collection.

Adults over the age of 18 years old Are a candidate for a kidney transplant Patients of the Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) Are considered to be overweight
