Protein Study for People Living with Cancer
Protocol: STUDY00005755
Full Title
A pilot and feasibility study of a dietary intervention with low-protein meals in cancer patients receiving immunotherapies
Description
Research has shown that the amount of protein we eat may affect the growth and spread of tumors. To learn more, researchers from the University at Buffalo are looking at how changing the amount of protein we eat may help how the body responds to treatment.

People living with cancer and in treatment are invited to apply. Eligible participants will be paired with a dietitian. They will receive information on protein and how to change the amount of protein they eat. They will also receive menus and recipes. During the study, they will check-in with their dietitian and receive nutrition advice.
