At least one 2 - 5 year old child living in the home
One parent who is overweight
Online grocery shop at least 75% of the time (for either pick-up or delivery) at Tops, Aldi, or Wegmans
Have access to a smart device (for example, a smartphone, computer, laptop, or tablet)
