Kids between the ages of 6-12 years old who have been diagnosed with obesity
Teens between the ages of 12-18 years old who have been diagnosed with obesity and have at least one other diagnosis related to obesity (such as high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, sleep apnea)
Have a history of at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose weight
This is a prospective cohort observational study to develop a personalized medicine algorithm to determine optimum Tac dose throughout the early stages of kidney transplantation based on gene markers and gut microbiome composition.
